 Connecting to the ACCDNet (Secured Wireless) |
Click on the Start Button
Click on Control Panel
Click on "Network and Internet Connections" (Category View)
Click on "Network Connections"
Right Click on your Wireless Connection and click on "View Available Wireless Networks"
Click on "Change Advance Settings"
In the Network Name (SSID): Field, type “ACCDNet” (without quotes)
Click on the “Authentication” Tab
Change EAP Type to Protected EAP (PEAP)
Verifty that “Authenticate as computer when computer information is available” is checked
Click on the “Properties” Button
Uncheck “Validate server certificate”
Click on the “Configure…” Button
Verify that “Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any).” is checked.
Click OK in the EAP MSCHAPv2 Properties Dialog Box
Click OK in the Protected EAP Properties Dialog Box
Click OK in the Wireless Network Properties Dialog Box
Click OK in the Wireless Network Connections Dialog Box
